Falez Black Line 26 cm Short Saucepan (Rice Pot) combines the high heat performance of the cast body with superior granite non-stickiness and a professional metal handle design that can go into the oven. With its ideal width of 26 cm and shallow structure, it is a candidate to be one of the most functional fixtures in your kitchen, especially for delicious pilafs that are poured grain by grain, as well as karnıyarık, stuffed vegetables, sautés and meat/vegetable casseroles that need to be cooked slowly in the oven.
Aluminum Casting Body: The optimum thickness casting structure, which maximizes thermal conductivity, distributes the heat of the stove equally to every point of the pot. By trapping the heat inside for a long time, it ensures that the food is cooked to the consistency of Turkish delight with its own steam, without losing its nutritional values.
Scratchproof Granite Coating: Interior and its outer surface is armored with a high-quality granite layer whose scratch resistance has been increased by special processes. Thanks to its fireproof-non-stick quality, you can use very little or no oil. You can prepare completely healthy meals without adding oil.
Safe Use in the Oven: It has integrated metal handles that do not contain plastic, bakelite or soft-touch components. In this way, you can throw your pot directly into the oven as soon as you take it off the stove, and crown your sealed meat or rice with the oven flavor.
Glass Lid with Steam Hole: It allows you to instantly observe the cooking process from the outside without opening the lid and causing heat and moisture loss.
Wide Range of Stove Compatibility: Thanks to its specially developed sub-base architecture, it offers superior performance on many stove types, including gas, electric, ceramic and halogen. Not compatible with induction hobs.
Long-lasting Cleaning Recommendation: Thanks to its high quality surface, it is suitable for washing in the dishwasher. However, the first day of the granite coating is damaged. In order to maintain its superior non-stick performance and shine for many years, it is highly recommended to hand wash it and dry it with a soft cloth after washing.
